You do not have to know a soul to join us on a retreat.
Come as you are, we just require that you are genuine and friendly person that loves to be around other humans.
YES you can come alone or come with a friend!
NO 2 DAYS or retreats ARE THE SAME. YOUr DAY WILL START WITH BREAKFAST, IF YOU CHOOSE TO SLEEP IN THAT IS UP TO YOU.
WE WILL HAVE SCHEDULED EXCUrsions AND OUTINGS FOR ADVENTURE AND EXploration. Plenty of time for down time, relaxation or independent exploration.
EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE AN ITINERARY BEFORE CHECK IN.

We recommend having a general flexibility in your diet so you can properly enjoy the flavors and combinations in any given place.
If you are a strict vegan, these are not the trips for you.
Please send us a note with your specific dietary restrictions before signing up so we can advise you on whether or not we can accommodate!

Short answer no, if you choose to stay in and sleep all day that is up to you.
With that being said You have paid the price to join us and we would love to have you during whatever adventure you choose.
*no refunds will be given if you choose not to participate in any of the scheduled meals or adventures.

100% will not be a problem for any one with bon vivant retreats or our fellow attendees.
We do understand there may be certain triggers when witnessing consumption and if that is something you need to consider than this trip will probably not be for you.
We do respect everyones choices and want everyone to be safe and have a great retreat!

We do require a NON-refundable deposit of $750 to hold your spot.
The remaining balance can be split into 2 payments, with the final payment due 45 days before the trip.
Everything mentioned in the itinerary will be paid for. For hotel incidentals and other items not included on the itinerary please be prepared.
