Jen was amazing working to get this trip booked for our anniversary. She was able to give us many options when we started looking for a hotel within our budget and went above and beyond providing all the details and travel notes for our first trip to New Orleans. Upon arrival at the hotel check-in was smooth and their were no issues and Jen even got us some complimentary drinks at the Carousel Bar - we had Ramos Gin Fizzes. It was a very nice treat. We will definitely be reaching out to Jen again for our next trip.
